Why is everything out of stock?
Our website gets restocked twice a week. Tuesday at 18:00 and Saturdays at 12:00. Stock can last anywhere from an hour to 8 hours, it just depends how busy it is. We always recommend to be on the website on the restock days at the restock time! This will guarantee you to get some baked goods!
How many slices can I order at a time?
There’s no minimum or maximum order quantity; you can order as many slices as you’d like. The only limitation may be our stock levels at the time of ordering, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate your request.
How much is everything?
Each slice ranges from £3.95-£5.50. Shipping for 24h tracked is £4.99!
When will my order be shipped?
All orders get baked after you order and are shipped within 24 hours.
How long do items last?
We give our slices a 7 day shelf life from the dispatch date. All our items can be frozen too!
Why haven’t I had a confirmation for my order?
Check your Emails inbox / junk folder… if it’s not there, you may have not actually left an email address to receive one. But if the money has left your bank account, then we have your order. Confirmation emails are sent automatically once the order is placed, if you haven’t received it, please contact us so we can send it manually. Once received please check all information is correct (shipping house number / postcode) if we aren’t made aware of any incorrect information before the parcel leaves us, we can not be held responsible for a failed delivery.
