1. General By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
2. Products We sell freshly baked goods, including brownies, cookie pies, and rocky road. All products are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, and gluten. Please check the ingredients if you have any allergies.
3. Orders and Payment All orders must be paid in full before shipment. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation.
4. Shipping We ship our products via Royal Mail 24h every Thursday. Royal Mail Tracked 24 is a delivery service that aims to deliver parcels the next working day, including Saturdays. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. The website will be restocked every Sunday before noon.
5. Shelf Life and Storage Our products are perishable. Brownies and cookie pies should be stored in a cool, dry place and consumed within 7 days of delivery. Rocky road should be stored at room temperature or as indicated. All our goods can be frozen. We are not responsible for spoilage after delivery.
6. Refunds and Returns Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos, and we will resolve the issue.
7. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions Please review the ingredient list carefully. We cannot guarantee the absence of allergens such as nuts, dairy, or gluten.
8. Liability We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or consumption of our products.
9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.

Return Policy
Since our products are perishable and cannot be resold once shipped, we do not offer refunds.
We will, however, provide replacements in these cases:
1. If your baked goods arrive damaged during shipping.
2. If there is a significant delay caused by us.
Please note:
1. Minor damage or small imperfections are not eligible for replacement.
2. Personal taste or preference does not qualify for a refund or replacement.
3. Incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
To receive a replacement, the original parcel must be returned to us.
Cancellations
Cancellations Policy
If you’ve placed a postal order and need to cancel or change the delivery address, please do so within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, we are unable to cancel orders as all items are baked to order and are perishable.
To cancel or amend your order, contact us using the contact form and include ‘Cancel Order’ or ‘Amend Order’ in the subject line so we can address it as quickly as possible.
Refunds, if applicable, may take 1–10 days to process.
