Orders & Shipping
Why are items out of stock?
To ensure maximum quality, we bake in small batches and restock our website twice a week: Tuesdays at 18:00 and Saturdays at 12:00. Because demand is high, items usually sell out within 1 to 8 hours. We highly recommend visiting the site exactly at restock time to secure your favourites!
When will my order be shipped?
We bake everything fresh to order! All orders are dispatched once a week on Wednesdays via Royal Mail Tracked 24. This schedule ensures your treats arrive in peak condition for the weekend. Please contact via the Contact Form.
I haven't received an order confirmation—what should I do?
Confirmations are sent automatically. Please check your Junk/Spam folder first. If it’s not there, you may have entered your email address incorrectly at checkout. As long as the funds are left in your account, we have your order! Please contact via the Contact Form.
Can I change my delivery address or cancel my order?
You have a 12-hour window after placing your order to request an address change or cancellation. After this time, we begin our baking process and cannot make amendments. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout; we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information. Please contact via the Contact Form.

How long do the items stay fresh?
Our slices have a 7-day shelf life from the date of dispatch when stored in a cool, dry place. If you’d like to save them for later, all our baked goods are suitable for home freezing!
Do you cater to allergies?
All KAROLCAKE products are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, and gluten. While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee the total absence of these allergens. Please check the ingredient list on each product page before ordering.

Can I pre-order for collection at a market?
Yes! To ensure your favourite flavours aren’t sold out by the time you arrive, we offer a "Pre-order for Collection" service for most events. Simply contact us via the contact form at least 48 hours before the event date. We’ll have your treats boxed up and ready for you to grab at the stall!
